They Stuck Me Three Times!!

Hi everyone! Sorry it's been awhile since I've blogged. It's hard to believe mommy has already been back at work for three weeks. Time is flying. I miss her during the day but Mimi is taking good care of me. I am on a great four hour schedule now and am sleeping pretty consistently through the night. I wake up sometimes and cry for a few minutes but I have learned to go back to sleep until mommy comes with my breakfast.
I just had my two month birthday believe it or not. I was not very excited because it meant shots. Daddy went with us to the doctor and Mommy took the afternoon off to stay with me after the big event. She was worried that I would be fussy but I only cried for a few seconds...until they stuck the other leg...but once it was all over I went right back to sleep. You can't tell by my face but I loved the cheery tylenol! Check out my cool Tweety band-aids!

Mommy and I visited daddy at work later that day. It was my first trip to Trinity and everyone was so excited to hold me. I love sucking my thumb now, but sometimes it's easier to just stick my whole hand in there.

I didn't think Mommy would ever stop taking pictures of my bandaged legs! Let's get on with the bath already!

I now weigh 10 pounds and 1 ounce. Mommy is so excited that I can fit into my footie pajamas finally!

You better not take that bottle away from me or you'll get it right in the kisser!
I'm very busy these days but hopefully I can share more with you soon!!
Love you all, Joel

6 weeks and I did it!!

I slept through the night all by myself last night on my 6 week birthday. Mommy and Daddy fed me at 9:30 and I was out of it. I didn't finish my bottle until around 10:45 (once we got home from Poppy and Mimi's) but once they put me down, I slept until 6:00 the next morning! Mommy and Daddy were so proud of me!! I had my 1 month check-up last week and weighed 8 pounds and 9 ounces. The doctor said I was so alert and strong that I should practice using my neck muscles during wake time by playing on my belly. I can already hold my head up really well. Tummy time is so much fun!
