This weekend we went to Holden Beach, NC for mommy's great friend, Jennifer's, wedding. It was beautiful and so much fun! Her sister, Lindsay, was the maid of honor, and mommy was the matron of honor.

Daddy helped take care of me while mommy helped get everything ready. I got to spend a lot of time with Mellie and Granddad! 
I loved mommy's hair. But I really wanted to get my hands on that flower!
Got to spend a little time with mommy in the pool one morning. I loved splashing in the water. Gotta get me some swim lessons!
Too bad summer's almost over. I'm just now big enough to enjoy my float!

Lauren, you looked beautiful! I wish Joel could have gone to the pool with Anna this summer. Next summer Anna and Joel will have so much fun at "The Beach". We might have to leave Ella with a babysitter.
